Thanks for hashing this out, but we've decided to go ahead and break
several hundred scripts for customer dialup.  They'll all get over it, and
we'll be happier in the long run. :)

This isn't a point of argument, but it absolutely amazes me that every box
out there is able to run PPP and a Login session, has support for menus,
but yet RADIUS doesn't have a "standard" definition for a menu attribute.
I like the way both Livingston and Ascend have handled this, and in my
opinion, they both need to be rolled into the applicable RFCs and
reference version of radius.
