(ASCEND) P50 loss his configuration

Today i reset a P50 with the jumper inside(i forgot the password) and 
reload it with the release 6.0.9.

After i reconfigure it, it runs wonderful - but now he loss after  
30 min. all settings ... 

Any hints ?
