As long as you don't terminate the VPN/PPTP connection on a piece of
Ascend equipment, you don't need any additional software.  I connect from
a Win 95 machine to a NT server through a Pipeline/MAX connection without
problems...it's just IP traffic.

Dialup customers should have no problem passing through your equipment
as-is.
