Not if you have a check item which prevents it eg:

route-1 Password="ascend", User-Service = Dialout-Framed-User
        Framed-Route = "200.200.200.200/24 203.22.111.106 2"

initial-banner  Password="ascend", User-Service=Dialout-Framed-User
        Reply-Message=" *** My MAX *** "

banner  Password="ascend", User-Service=Dialout-Framed-User
        Reply-Message=" *** My MAX *** "

You cannot use these profiles to gain access using username "banner",
password "ascend".
