Check RFC 2139 "RADIUS Accounting".  These are standard RADIUS accounting
attributes Acct-Multi-Session-Id (type 50) and Acct-Link-Count (type 51).

You need to update your RADIUS dictionary:

  ATTRIBUTE       Acct-Multi-Session-Id   50      string
  ATTRIBUTE       Acct-Link-Count         51      integer
