(ASCEND) p75 nat, CU-SeeMe, ICQ

I have a P75 doing NAT with a static ip.  Everything is working fine.  But
I need to have systems behind the P75 to be able to use CU-SeeMe and ICQ.
What do I have to do?  Would this be a filter thing?  Below are ports for
CU-SeeMe and Reflector.  I'm not sure what port ICQ uses.

For CU-SeeMe and Reflector v2.1, the following ports must be freed to
   allow CU-SeeMe conferencing over the firewall:
     * UDP port 7648 (for video and audio),
     * TCP port 7648 (for client connections), and
     * TCP port 7649 (connection establishment).
