Yes.

Though Ascend did not implement it for analog calls until the 5.0Ai
releases (and of course 6 and up have it).

The stock RADIUS daemon does not support this - you'd have to list users
in your "users" file and give them

	Ascend-Maximum-Channels = nn

attributes to control the maximum number of channels. Note that this
affects all variations of MP (including MPP and BACP), not just MPP.
