RE: (ASCEND) TR258605 Deja Vu
I see this problem all the time. What happens is that even though the
remote user has disconnected, and the session is dropped from the
usertable, it still remains in the ifmgr table. This results in LAN
security errors when the user tries to reconnect, and the only solution I
have found is to reset the HDLC card or the TNT (both solutions are pretty
unacceptable in my opinion). This has been going on for quite a while. I
wish they could bring back the HDLC code from the 1.XX releases -- it
seemed to have far less problems.
