It isn't in the 6.1.7 README file as it has been before,
but if you look at the readme from a previous release
(say 6.0.0) you'll see:
b2 is IP/IPX routing
b2i is IP routing only
b2a is IP + Appletalk support
b2ix is IP + X.25 support
Therefore if you don't need IPX, then "b2i" will work
for you just the same as "b2" has.
