"radcheck" is a program from the Merit AAA distribution - check out their
web site <http://www.merit.edu/aaa/> for more information.

A program called "radcheck" is also included with the Ascend Access Control
software package.

Joe Shaw posted a message to this list back in February about a perl
script named "RadCheck".

Basically, check your RADIUS server software.  Most of the commercial
versions provide a mechanism to check or monitor their RADIUS server -
some use SNMP (see the IETF RADIUS drafts on this), some provide separate
applications.
