Hi,

I have a TNT (2.1.3) running v.34 modems with PRIs from multiple telcos.
Modem calls landing on PRIs provided by a CLEC are giving consistently
lower connect rates than those landing on a PRI provided by the ILEC.

I have check the clocking, and all T1s are showing no slips.

While I beat on the CLEC, is there any way in the TNT to tune the modems
for those PRIs, or to tune the PRIs themselves (can't see how--digital is
digital).
