This past weekend, another one of our new TNT failed.  Apparently the power
supply decide to take a dump, and it just happens that this is the only TNT
we have with single power supply.  Prior to that, a separate TNT's console
(slot 17) card failed about 8 hours after powered up.  Ascend was very
helpful in replaceing the defectives, but 2 failures out of 5 boxes
deployed got us very worried.  Is this just an isolated case of bad luck,
or has anybody else experienced similar failure rate?
