Re: (ASCEND) PPP-noNCPs-open
I don't know if this would help or not, but I had that exact same problem
with an Ascend P-50.
Essentially, the customer had his IP routing information configured wrong.
Specifically, he was using the network address as his "My Address".
Generally when I deal with routers from different vendors that I'm
familiar with, this sort of thing is usually because the customer is
trying to use a numbered connection (i.e. interface-based) when I have the
connection set up in RADIUS as an unnumbered connection.
Not having ever programmed a Lucent router I couldn't say whether or not
that was the case here but that's where I would start to look.

(For what it's worth, I thought NCP stood for "Netware Core Protocol" but
I doubt that's what it means here *grin*)
