Well, the Framed-Route, Ascend-Base-Channel-Count and Ascend-Minimum-Channels,
are not necessary.  You already get that route with the address and netmask
commands.  The base and minimum statements are really only applicable if 
the max is dialing (which I'm assuming it's not).  Other than that I don't
see anything wrong with the profile.  You will need to be doing PAP on
the client side rather than a script; something you're probably already
doing.
