(ASCEND) CON light

I am looking for information on the CON light.  I cannot find anything
about it on Ascend's website.  Speficially, once in a while I will be
given a dead Pipeline where the CON light flashes "x" times over and over
but refuses to otherwise boot.

I'd love to know where I can find out what these codes mean since I have
been unable to find them out anywhere, including from Ascend tech support. 

Any assistance would be appreciated.
