It's very possible.  I think some RADIUS packages even come with software
that will do that.  However, my personal favorite is the RadiusPerl
package.  It's a nice Perl interface to RADIUS servers, and it's really
easy to brew your own script to do whatever you need.

You can find it on any CPAN site.
