(ASCEND) Release 5.0Ap51 for the MAX family

5.0Ap51 for the MAX family has been given to support.  This release
contains the following corrections:

Corrections:
TR 2950      Could not set Login timeout=0 in Tserv Options to disable
             feature. 
TR 2964      PC client did not get a response from 2 Foreign Agent Max
             units when using ATMP with MP stacking. 
TR 3016      VJ compression caused corrupt TCP header. 
TR 3066      Stacked MAX units did not refuse a second B channel when
             defining Max chan = 1 for MP.
TR 3121      Token card authentication did not work if the Rem Name
             parameter on the Pipeline did not match the Sys Name parameter 
             on the MAX. 
TR 3125      MAX reset with Fatal Error 2 because of a memory leak. 
TR 3126      MAX intermittently refused Telnet sessions to Port 5000. 
TR 3185      Incoming calls were shown as stuck in the “r” state. 
TR 3303      Telnet sessions would overwrite each others data.
TR 3337      PPP Dialer caused the MAX unit to reset. 
TR 250206    ATMP Home Agent dropped packets from client network when in
             backup. 

Note: This release contains V1.160T of the Rockwell modem code.
