Maybe I'm a little confused, But doesn't the statment by Matt
pretty much say that it's not possible get NFAS across T1 cards?,
I just wish I could get my Telco to hand me a T3, then this wouldn't
be an issue.. :)

We don't currently do D channel across T1 cards. If you use the T3 card
then you have a lot of flexibility with NFAS.
