I've had only bad experience with MaxDial on NT.  With the amount of time
I've put into talking with Ascend so far, the only reply I get is "MaxDial
works fine".  Perhaps when I have more time to donate to Ascend on helping
them get their (free, mind you) software working, I might be able to get a
different answer.  I don't have time to play with it on 'Doze95 given that
I expect it to not work.  We have a different application that requires
7E1.  Ascend claims MaxDial DOES support 7E1, we claim it does NOT.
