We recently setup a MAX 2024 (currently 5.0Ai28) fed by a PRI having a
single hunt group number.  We'd now like to reserve one or two of the MAX
modems for outgoing MAXDial calls. 

For now I've limited the size of the dialin IP pool to 21 addresses.
However, is there no way to tell the MAX not to answer calls on a particular
channel/modem port? (I'm new to the MAX, but I've been unable to find
anything like this in the documentation.)
