(ASCEND) Frequent Disconnects

Help!

It seems that we are having problems with our users disconnecting after 10
minutes. Even with them downloading a file. Supposedly keeping the
connection open.

We upgrade from 5.0ap24 to 5.0ap 38 to stop the problem and it seemed to
work for a while then the disconnects have started to surface again after
36 hours. We followed the instructions to the T as we did a tloadcode and
then nvramclear. 

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
