Thing is, in your situation would that really help?

You've already said that they cannot configure their own backsides, 
so even if you do deny their logins outside of business hours their 
router will keep trying to dial.

Now to get as far as authentication (at which point you want to drop 
them), the call will have been answered. Hence, your customer will 
get billed for the call by the telco anyway.

Now, over here in the UK, where we have the archaic idea of a minimum 
call charge (which is about 5 pence), this approach would end up 
costing the customer a whole lot more because of the repeated 2 
second calls!

In this case, I would look at two solutions, either suggest they get 
some training for their IT person/people, or provide a "managed" (or 
at least preconfigured) router solution, where they don't have 
full access, so can't screw the config up.

Of course, your situation will probably be different to mine, and 
neither of the above are appropriate.
