IME, 2.1.3 is by far the most stable release I've seen for any Ascend box,
notwithstanding the LQM bug.
Ascend Support told me to check brouterstat at peak useage times and make
sure low memory didn't get below 500 or the DRAM card is needed. We didn't
need it and 2.1.3 has been close to perfect.
