I don't think that we ought to expect everyone to start re-configuring
their browsers
to recognize octet-streams from all these strange extensions. I figure we
need to find a way to fix this from the server side....I'm not HTTP expert, so
I've given the "problem" over to those who are...

Maybe a possibility....use the same login/password....force the user to agree
to the BETA agreements....
