Re: (ASCEND) ppp/mp/mpp connection coronaries continued



Weve been having the same problems on both our 4k and our tnt, to the point
that we immediately backed the tnt down from TAOS alltogether.
Some of our customers insisted on the V90 code being tested, so the 4k
still is
running 6.1.3. LQM dosent seem to have any effect. Customers using any
modem from 14.4 to V.34 and both K56 and V90, are having the same problems.
I can understand the V90 part of the code being unstable, but surely the
lab boys
should be  able to get V34 right? If this code , now in its second rev
(6.0,6.1 same
with 2.x) isnt ready, why isnt it still in beta, or at least incrementals? Our
experimentation period will probably end tomorrow night... and we will just
watch
everyones elses battles. Good luck brave technicians.
