Re: (ASCEND) Accepting incoming connections from a Cisco?




 Dave,

 Try having the user run some basic debug on his cisco, This should
help you isolate the problem, The debug you would be interested in 
are as follows:

debug ppp authentication  
debug isdn events 


Also, What type of Cisco is it? I have some basic setup configs for
2500 series routers that may also help.
