Both. But ultimately, ftik.m40.

The rtik.m40 file is the restricted load. You need this load as an
intermediate step up from 5.x because 5.x cannot upgrade directly to
6.x.

If you are upgrading from 5.x, then you will need to upgrade to rtik.m40
first, then upgrade to ftik.m40.

If you are upgrading from 6.x, then you can ignore rtik.m40 and just
upgrade to ftik.m40.
