No, not D&I. That is a static relationship across the T1s that is only
supported
with robbed-bit signaling.

ISDN to T1 robbed bit is supported on a switched basis - calls are routed
to the
T1 interface based on various 'routing' criteria (gets kinda complicated when
mixed with modem calls though). This is the T1/PBX feature.

ISDN to ISDN is not supported at all in any way similar to this.
