(ASCEND) NAT

can i dial into a pipeline and have it do NAT? I have a user that was
working perfectly at 128K untill i added NAT. now he can dial me but i can't
dial into his box. I pretty sure that i ahve the username and password stuff
setup correctly so i'm wondering about the NAT setup.
