This might not be helpful, but it seems a more logical choice would be to
define a specific call filter for the connection -- it would only initiate
the connection if there was traffic from a specific IP subnet (i.e. where
you're calling from)
Perhaps if we knew more about your application we might be better equipped
to answer your question. I'm afraid that "starting up" a P75 "when I call
it" is a bit ambiguous.
As for your question concerning call profile activation, an easy way to
accomplish this via telnet would be through an expect script.
