(ASCEND) connection speed reduced with 6.0.10

hi

	i just upgraded my 4002 to 6.0.10....

	Before my upgrade i had 6.0.2 and all going fine with it (exept couple of
thing) but using was able to connect generally at 33600, or 31200

	Now with the 6.0.10 i got many complaint about connection speed, user who
connect to 33600 with 6.0.2 now connect at 26400, it's the same thing for
many user (most of them) so does someone had same problems..?

	And how i can fix it..?, i know i can downgrade ;-)
