(ASCEND) Cause code 88, Max 1800 -> Pipeline 75.



I'm having a problem connecting from a Max 1800 to a Pipeline 75 where it
doesn't appear to be dialing out at all.  The Pipeline 75 is in GTE
territory and the Max in USWest.  We're not having any problems to another
identically configured P75 in our office here.  The P75 can call the Max
1800.

What's the cause code 88?  Is there any easy way to debug outgoing calls
from the Max?
