You should start by looking at modem stats, not line stats, to determine the status of modems. Modems and channels are decoupled in the Max. Look at status screens 30-000 through 80-000 and see what you can tell. If you have no ISDN calls, then you should find 3 modems unused, not 1. (2 more are unusable because of the D channels). More important question: Does it ring busy when you dial the PRI number? Or does the call come in on another Max? Also check the output of "show isdn 1" and "show isdn 2" in the termserver.
