I have a MAX4000 configured for PPP dial-in, and I'd like to establish a TCP connexion to a specified host/port when the incoming session _IS NOT_ a PPP session (someone is dialing to the MAX with a classical terminal emulator, such as HyperTerminal under W95) And in a more general way, how do I use all my MAX as a transparent "modem-session to TCP-session" box (AKA terminal server) ? How can I do that ? (I already played _A LOT_ with the TServ options, but nothing worked ... :-(( ) Regards, Pierre-Yves =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Pierre-Yves KEREMBELLEC Phone # +33 1 46 12 67 50 VTCOM Fax # +33 1 46 12 67 00 40, rue Gabriel Crie E-mail pyk@vtcom.fr 92245 Malakoff Cedex, France Systemes et Reseaux =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= ++ Ascend Users Mailing List ++ To unsubscribe: send unsubscribe to ascend-users-request@bungi.com To get FAQ'd: <http://www.nealis.net/ascend/faq>

Follow-Ups:

Re: (ASCEND) How do I ??

From: ascend-users@austintx.net (AIA - local Ascend Users Reflector)

Prev by Date: Re: (ASCEND) Kerberos / NT's Auth. and MAX

Next by Date: (ASCEND) Kerberos / NT's Auth. and MAX

Prev by thread: Re: (ASCEND) Kerberos / NT's Auth. and MAX

Next by thread: Re: (ASCEND) How do I ??

Index(es):

Main

Thread
