No Subject

I tried to download the releasenotes file rp51A.pdf but I can't read it 
with my acroread version 2.1
I downloaded the file twice but both time my reader had problems with it

Do I need a higher version of the reader.

All other ascend docu is readable with my acroreader.

please advise
