The company is out of buisness, so help will be hard to find. Our problem is the client can't connect - cause 185, connect rate 0. The modem, however can work with some other equipment, as they have connected with some MLM system (I guess a bbs-type deal). We the same problem before with another client, but they just exchanged the Aspen for a GOOD modem.
