The Max Baud Rate I believe will only apply to V.34 modems, Now if you
wanted to disable K56 follow the tree below:
Ethernet ---> Mod Config ---> Term Serv --> MDM Modulation = V.34 or
K56

Upgrade, The code in 5.0AP24 is much better (ROCKWELL 1.055) It should
help you with some of your connection problems.
