Take a look at the NavisAccess demo from Ascend. It does more
than just track users but it's worthwhile. 

And that is an unbiased opinion ;] (I'm the product manager)

Folks,

We're looking for some sort of simple utility that will use SNMP to track
how many users are dialed into a Max at a given time.  Nothing fancy, just
some code that we can use to track what's going on.
