Well you purchase your T1 at whatever speed you like: 56k, 128k,
384k, 1536k, or more (but not to a P130). You then configure your Pipeline
for the number of DS0's (channels) active on the T1.
The three PVCs you describe above will work fine. You five the
P130 the DLCIs. The Pipeline knows nothing about bandwidth, however, so
you have to rely on the Frame switch to limit bandwidth, which works fine
until you have, for instance, a 384k connection into the Frame Switch to
support these three PVCs and the jerk with 64k runs a warez server. Then
people requesting data over it will flood your T1 as the bandwidth
limiting is going to take place at the Frame Switch, not the Pipeline.
Thus I wouldn't want to do this for someone who is going to be serving
lots of data... if they are going to be responsible and/or just pull in
data that's cool. On the Cisco you can naturally do a sub interface and a
bandwidth command, but no per PVC bandwidth restrictions.
I'm sure you could make feature request... whether it would do you
any good, however, is another question.
