FIRST - always contact Ascend Tech Support. They may know how to resolve
a problem, or have advice on upgrade/downgrade related to your reports.
Often advice about clearing NVRAM and re-loading the configuration also
works.

Unless you contact them, the problem may never receive the attention it needs
to get resolved.

A Cc: to this list also will be of some use when others may have already
seen a particular problem.
