(ASCEND) Syslog for Max Filter Violations?
We have a Max Classic (aka the Max 1600) and have several filters set
up on various WAN connections. I am wondering if I can tell the Max
to syslog information about packets that have been blocked?
We also have several Cisco routers for our WAN and it's trivial to
set that up on those boxes.
I looked at the Ascend Firewall product and it really does a LOT more
than what we need. The basic IP filters are fine -- except that
there is no logging capability that I could find.
Any information would be helpful.

just on the phone with them so much that I'm an expert at getting them to do
things.
