Note that Hell Awful also took a year [May 86-May 87] to fix this
for at least one customer..They too started charging /minute for
Business Voice Bearer calls -- here such are ~9c each.

Yep. Been There, Done that...
I am 100% sure, have talked with Folks, that my case was a
Billing Dept screwup. The ISDN Center Mjr was as exasparated as
the other victims. Her troops suffered all the flaming phone calls,
after all.

I did have solid intelligence on Hell Atlantic, now Hell Titanic,
spending buxs on a DOVBS jammer, but its use would raise SERIOUS
tariff issues....
