(ASCEND) Max 1800 - Forcing it to dial a specific bri

We're converting from multiple p50's on our side of the connection to a
max 1800.  I've got everything configured correctly except for one thing
I cannot figure out.  For each connection I need to force it to dial out
on a specific bri.

So for example if we have three sites:

Site 1
Site 2
Site 3

All which pipeline 50's on their end and a packets comes in for site 1
and they aren't connected we want to dial out only on BRI 1.

For Site 2 we'd only want to dial BRI 2

Etc.

Basically we want to assign a BRI for each connection and allow outgoing
connections for that site only on that one BRI.  Incoming is forced to
come in only on one BRI because the p50 on the client end dials a
specific bri.  We cannot have a hunt group because Bell is incompetent
and says it can't be done with custoflex isdn.
