(ASCEND) K56 Solution

 I am using 4048's with PRI's and have started to get the 
dropping problem from the K56Flex modems and Lucent, 
Rockwell, Ascend etc. don't seem to have a solution right 
now.  So I am proposing the following.

Create a secret code either to be downloaded from 
the max or a modem flash code that will prevent the 
modems from connecting at above 33.6 but always 
display 44,000 to 50,000 in DUN.  I have had great 
success with the K56Modems connecting at 
33,600 but with all the upgrades I have installed 
on the max and client modems I have not seen 
any improvement.
