Hayes has helped everyone in the 56K mess out by stalling for 
3+ months on their $99 upgrade offer.

Just think how many potential complaints are queued up
waiting for their new modems....

Now the question is, if Hayes ever delivers on their orders, will 
they do so with working code in the modems....?
