That's most likley because of two things, 5.0Ap16 has no support for
V.FC or V.FAST, Also earlier 14400 modems have problems with the
K56 Burp tone in the begining, I suggust you upgrade to 5.0Ap23 which
is supposed to be back on the server now, (Thats if your not pressed on
have radius accounting working 100%)
