(ASCEND) Radius/logging/accounting

What software is available to help with Radius accounting 
and/or syslog files ? I know that may have grown their own
inhouse, and there are a couple of commercial packages - but
have not kept up with this info.

Your comments on what you know is available is appreciated. I am
looking to avoid too much program development, but do not 
want to buy a $5K- $10K package that gives an ISP billing records when
all I need is ad hoc access reports.
