Did I miss something?

Over the weekend, I downloaded (from the Ascend site) the patch to 5.0Ap23.
  I put it safely in the directory on our server from which I intended to
do the upgrade.

This morning, I went back to the Ascend site and the patch is now gone...

Was it recalled?   It's gone????
