I'd suggest trying a public SNTP server, at least for testing. That should
help narrow it down.

Tried to find you a list, but couldn't remember where I found it.

It only updates every ten or fifteen minutes, so be patient.

I have, under 5.0Ap16.

Bear in mind that the GMT offsets given in Ascend's manuals are incorrect.
When I used those I found myself in a different day!
