I forgot to mention that for this particular application, these will all
be outbound calls only and we need for the Max to keep up to 92
channels(and up to 92 users) connected at all times. And to reconnect
again if the PRI gets reset. So the Radius entries are to be kept in the
memory of the Max and the Max don't have the luxury of the user dialing
in.
